This was exact fit for 1995 K3500 7.4. Make sure you keep inside round gasket as this does not come with one. People are complaining it doesn't last. For me so far so good. I will update if anything goes wrong.

Chinese junk. Immediately threw codes. Service engine light stayed on. Scanned the ecu and it was due to poor tps signal. Bought the real deal from auto parts store and problem solved

Took a chance on this lessor price part but quickly found that after just 30 miles it was defective. DO NOT ORDER THIS!! check the country of origin. Spend more money to get a good part.
