Braille Battery 1088 Universal Mount Kit/Tie Down with 8" J-Hooks

I looked up the part number on the Braille site and this kit should include J-Hooks and a Tie Down. Unfortunately, it is just the J-Hooks. Braille refunded my purchase promptly, but I need to give it 1 star so other people don't make the same mistake. I ordered this 2nd Day Delivery for an upcoming track event and was scrambling for a tie-down solution at the last minute. As far as the J-Hooks, they appear to be the same quality J-Hooks that you would buy at an auto parts store for $5.

Does what is expected , overall good quality.

It came with posts only, no rubber cross member.
