AWDis Hoods Boys' Varsity Letterman Jacket

This jacket was as described. The material is a bit stretchy and cotton-y. I added some iron-on transfers to turn it into a monster's university letterman jacket. My niece loved it. It fit as I expected based on the measurements. I bought it a little large so my niece can layer and wear it as she grows. The snaps are sturdy but not too hard for a child to open and close.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. We had it customized to support her school and a couple of activities she does. She says this is her favorite gift. It is a warm sweatshirt and a great product to customize if you choose. It fits her with room to grow and the buttons are easy to use. Looking to buy one for me now.

My Son Loves His Varsity Jacket, as he calls it.

Bought these jackets for my daughter and friends who were going as cheerleaders from “Glee” for Halloween, added a varsity letter “M”, and they were the perfect added layer while trick-or-treating. Nice quality - not super warm - but made out of a sweatshirt type fleece, and were delivered a little faster than the projected arrival time frame. I ordered the size 12-14 although my 11 yo daughter is tall, she’s slender, so the jacket was a bit oversized, but didn’t look silly. Same fit on her friends. My daughter says she plans to wear this even after Halloween.

I was surprised to get this about 5 days before the earliest date estimated by Amazon. I ordered a size 10/12 for our 8 year old. It was perfect to give him just a little room to grow. Since I will be putting flocked HTV on the jacket I washed it today, only to end up with the interfacing from by the snaps everywhere. I was able to cut the attached interface strings, just hoping it doesn’t do this every time it is washed. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with it.

I ordered this for my son and he loves it. As hot as it is right now, he sometimes walks out with it on. LOL It just fits him though, so I'll probably have to order another in a couple months after he grows. However, the price is low enough that even that idea is not painful. It seems to be quite well made, but not as heavy as a "real" letterman's jacket, which is good because we live in a temperate area that doesn't get too cold during the winter.

The product is as described. I should have followed my instinct and order the larger size for our son. Through my wife's insistence, I order one size too small. This product shipped from the UK. It would cost more I paid for the item to ship it back. Therefore, instead of returning for the larger size, we are going to gift it to someone else. The price was great. We may go ahead and purchase the larger size.

My son hasn't got to wear it yet but it is sssooo cute! It seems to be made very well. The inside is soft and warm.It reminds me a lot of a very nice hoodie.I just purchased one for myself after seeing the quality of his.We bought kelly green to match our schools colors.I can't wait til mine comes in and we both can wear them :D
