I have very low supply and I've tried everything under the sun to try to increase it, but no matter what I do, I always end up with about 1 oz per feeding / pumping session. I'm not sure if this is making any change in my supply, but at least the taste is great and it goes really well with yogurt. And I love macadamia, so that's a good thing as well. At the end of the day, since I don't know if any supplement is working or not, I'd rather keep using something that tastes good (like this granola) instead of a bunch of herbs and supplements I can't even pronounce the name.Update October 2019 —I’ve been buying this product for several months now. My problem with this granola is the lack of consistency. They either send crunchy or chewy, either with lots of macadamia or with none you can actually see, and either with the measuring scoop or without the scoop. My guess is that they recently changed the formula, and Amazon is still shipping some old inventory occasionally. So while I really like the taste of the granola with a best by date of 2021, the ones with a best by date of 2020 are just not so good. Took off one star because of this lack of consistency.

This granola is definitely tasty! I'm sure they are good for me, but I could do without the chia seeds since they tend to get stuck in my teeth. The price is a little high for what it is, but I was willing to try anything to boost my supply. Not sure if it helped especially, but like I said it was enjoyable to eat it and it is very filling for my ravenous breastfeeding hunger! It does come with a scoop, but I'm not sure it is helpful. The nutritional facts are based on scoops, but I just eat however much. It's great in yogurt!

This granola is great tasting! It did help my milk supply increases while adding a nice crunch to my yogurt. I can’t say for sure measurable results on the production but it seemed to help while I was pumping at work to keep my supply up. Usually by the end of the week my supply goes down but while I was eating this twice a day I seem to produce the same amount by the end of the week.

The flavor was pretty good. I could eat it plain or with yogurt or milk. This product also sat better in my stomach than other lactation products I have tried (like protein shakes). I used this when I was already at the end of my road with breastfeeding and was just trying to hang on for the year mark- I did not notice a great big increase, but on mornings I ate it I pumped slightly more than mornings I did not. I would use it again.

I'm not sure if my wife produces more breastmilk after eating this. I believe she had enough for our baby already. She just didn't have confidence. Now she has. And she likes eating this. I think it tastes good, too. :)

I ordered this a few times previously and loved it! However, I recently ordered two additional bags and was very disappointed. It tastes old/stale (even tho it’s not close to the expiration date) and is all crumbles. This was not the case the first few times I ordered this. It had chunks/clusters which made it a lot easier to eat. This batch just doesn’t taste right. There was also no scoop included so you can’t measure out based on the nutritional table.

I LOVED this granola while I was nursing. It had generous portions of macadamia nuts and tasted fantastic. I've tried every lactation food item out there and this tasted the best. It was so good my husband started eating it and keeps asking me to buy more. We were going through nearly 2 orders a month. HOWEVER, in November the last batch had no macadamia nuts and tasted different...too much cinnamon and just lacked the balanced flavor we loved. Please bring back the original recipe and I would happily change this review to a 5 star!!!

My milk has increased with this product plus with the use of munchkin cookies. Getting sleep is part of the increase as well. The granola doesn’t give my baby gas. I buy it regularly.
