Customer Support is outstanding
I give full credit to the folks at SA Sports. Somehow, while shooting, I managed to trip the trigger mechanism so the crossbow would not reload. I could pull it all the way up, but it would not catch.The company rep on the phone knew instantly what I had done and patiently worked me through the really simple fix <-- but without him, I did not have a clue as to what to do.As to the rest of the unit: The accuracy of this crossbow is far superior to my previous one of a different brand. The loading mechanism is easy to use (and I am 82!).

Great crossbow
This crossbow is easy too use and shoots accurately. Was pleased to find a crossbow of this quality for such a reasonable price.
