A family member suggested I try it and it works very well. It is raw, not processed, and contains a larger amount and more different types of "good" bacteria. I've tried several pill forms of "good" bacteria they have on the market with no lasting effect. It delivers more to your system than OTC pills, including the gel caps, and more than the other foods you can buy except kefir. GTs works! It is naturally carbonated and has a bit of a bite to it, but I easily became accustomed to the taste.It was delivered on time and packed extremely well. I will be reordering.

This is a good drink to try, especially if you are trying to repair a "leaky gut".The natural fermentation makes it quite soothing, and it actually tastes very good! It's a little bit lemony, and that makes it quite tasty.Just don't ever try to shake it to get the 'mother' mixed in, you'll have an explosion of drink when you take the top off. As you drink it, the 'mother' (sediment at the bottom) mixes in and one does not even know it's there.All in all a very good drink. It's a bit pricey though....I'd drink it like water if it weren't so expensive... I've not tried any kind other than the citrus, the others are probably pretty good...

This drink is delicious, but not even moderately worth $14/bottle!! You can buy this in the store for around $3.
