These towel hangers are incredibly cute!I have similar Bear figurines on the counter topThey are heavy and once they are hung they are very sturdy.Great buy, worth the cost.Because they are heavy we installed wall anchors for the screws. They did not send wall anchors, just the screws and a temple for placement of the screws which made it easy to install.

broken nose
The item itself is a great addition to the bathroom theme I created.It is light in weight and very colorful (for a bear) and detailed.It did arrive with half of the nose broken off..but I just glued it and it still looks great.The broken nose could be prevented, as I had read another review where this also happen to their item, by writing"Handle With Care" on the package..or even "Fragile". Am sure it would be handled better among postal workers.

Love the looks, but the mounting needs improvement.
We installed three towel hangers and they all were difficult to align the 3 screws to the slotted holes. As the screw heads need to be protruding from the wall to catch the slots on the hanger, there is not a way to get a good secure mount to the wall. If someone pulls up on the towel to remove it from the hanger, it could pull the hanger off the wall. A traditional "V" mount with set screw should have been used.We do love the look and just take precaution while using the towel holder.
