Solid, Useful Device
Mostly I shred using an electric multi-sheet shredder, but for the times when what I want to shred is just a small tracking label, an address label, a personal-data portion of an invoice, or maybe a small personal note sent from a friend, this 7-bladed scissors is superb.The device has a solid, heavy feel, and it operates smoothly. I just feels good in the hand. It is true that it is not for shredding a lot of stuff. That would just take too long. Nor is it for shredding multiple sheets: the effort of cutting with seven blades through one sheet must be just about the effort of cutting with one blade through seven. But for my purposes it is fine.

Too expensive for such poor performance and quality
This item arrived yesterday, and I started using it. The scissors were very rigid to use and I couldn't even get through one single piece of 8 1/2" × 11" paper without it jamming. I used the provided plastic cleaning comb, but it was worthless and took a long time to clear out the paper These things jam after just two cuts and the cleaning comb is flimsy and the strands broke. Don't waste your money.

The scissors are very well made. The plastic bags that the Amazon items come in get stuck sometimes. I cut a bit at a time and works well.

gets the job done
I experienced what others were saying about the blades sticking together, so it isn't the smoothest cut. Getting the paper shreds off the sheers is pretty easy using the cover to comb it out. Cheaper than a shredder and somewhat easy to use.

Shred perfectly 1 sheet at a time
This is a good tool to use with one sheet at a time, it will do perfectly. Difficult w more sheets it gets tangled up. I could say it is quite pricey and the handle seems flimsy compared to the weight of the blades. However, it does serve it’s purpose.

Cuts 7 times faster!
I love these super scissors. It works when my plug-in shredder doesn't. I can make lots of confetti too if I want. I saw these after having watched a YouTube video about the amazing Japanese scissor industry and just knew I had to have some.They are pretty comfortable in the hand. They come with a sheath that protect the blades as well as help clear any stuck paper out from in between the multiple blades too. Pretty good quality for the price. And they came straight from Japan!

Decide I did not shred like it was advertised.
This product did not shred like advertised. It only cut through paper an inch and very hard to use. We were not able to shred anything with it.
