this is 100% work in the digestion of milk or lactose and also very budget friendly and if any one who thought taking after one cap still some problem take 2 cap, good product.

The tablets are highly ineffective even for a glass of milk. I will go for other established lactate supplements next time.

Useless
If i had the option to give it zero stars then i would. I took 3 capsules and then had an icecream. And here i am with horrible stomach pain. I have been vomiting like crazy. I am currently experiencing all of these things and i thought i shoud warn people. Please go for yamoo. Do not experiment with your health.

If you are lactose intolerant, then this does what it's supposed to do. No gas, no pains, no bloating, etc if taken just before consuming milk or milk products. Only issue is you need to take a minimum of 2 capsules and a repeat dose whenever you plan on consuming any more milk. Total VFM compared to expensive Yamoo Tablets... 👌🏻👍🏻
