Original Ultimate Garage Door Threshold Floor Seal 18'8"

This is a quality product, well designed, and very durable. It comes rolled up, nice and tight, includes 2 tubes of adhesive. You must keep it above 70 degree F for at least 24 hours, preferably rerolled in the opposite direction (so the downside is facing out) prior to intallation. This way, when you install it tends to lay down better with less lifting curl. Even so, I still had one foot long area that lifted about 3/16" despite having extra hold down pressure applied. Following all directions for applying the adhesive, it only took one of the two tubes supplied. Nice looking when finished, and very durable.

The media could not be loaded.  The weatherstrip itself is a definite improvement from the small no-incline strip I had previously. I had a handyman install it so I can’t comment on those challenges, but it took them about an hour to finish.The corners of the weatherstrip aren’t fully adhered and lift up slightly so I recommend getting your own adhesive from a local hardware store.Bought this as my garage kept flooding from rain water. I’ll update this review once I can see how it holds up in heavier rain.I bought the 16’5 and there was leftover strip so it was plenty for my standard garage.

Easy to install just follow the instructions and 1, 2, 3 done... works as advertised !!! Keeps water out of my shop !!

Had a new garage door installed but company did not put down a base and my basement flooded 3 times before I found this. Easy to install. Cut using shears. So glad to have found this on Amazon. Others are not as thick or high. I needed this weight and height for the issues I was having.This item came to the rescue!!! No issues since.

Product looks good, seems to adhere well. Only drawback was not as plyable as shown in video. I would guess in watlrmer climates where it can sit in the sun for some time before gluing it down. I let it get to room temperature for a week before installing. Was still stiff at room temperature.

Sealant worked very well and one tube for ten feet was plenty and dried quickly. There was extra rubber threshold sent to cover door lengths ordered. I ordered this over China made stuff as you get what you pay for. I would buy again and recommend.

Moved house in January. The new place has an integral large double garage. Couldn't work out why the previous owner hadn't kept a car or stored much in it. Then it rained and all became clear.We live in the countryside and the door faces straight into any driving rain.The Weather Defender has proved to be the perfect solution. I had it fitted by someone doing other work on the house at the time. Could have done it myself but the guy is a skilled tradesman and would always do a better job than me.I've waited 5 months before reviewing to see if it works as hoped. Not a drop of rain has entered the garage in that time.

Does the job well, glued down across garage door threshold. Needs a bit of weight on it to hold it down whilst being glued down as wants to return to stored roll shape. Once glued, a few hours, happy with result.

This product works great as long as the adhesive supplied with the seal is good. This my third defender that I have purchased. This defender kit arrived and was installed within a few weeks, waiting for the rain to stop.. The kit was kept in a heated garage. On installation day, I proceeded to clean the area, place the defender in place and marked it to fit it, cleaned the defender and the area where it was to be placed. Once ready I grabbed the adhesive tube supplied. To my unpleasant surprised the adhesive was no good, had hardened. Not very please. I had to use a different type of adhesive as time was pressing.

An excellent product. Well made, easy to install and most of all..............works. I have a slight negative slope to the garage door and installed it to keep the water out. It is a bit pricey but well worth it.
