I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. I was very pleased with the look of the watch. However when my husband actually opened it on christmas the watch wasnt working thinking it was a bad battery. So I did an exchange. Well when the second one came in, the battery was working, but this time they didn't send the chain with the watch they sent a necklace type object. I was just so irritated by this point. Regardless it's the most expensive thing but it was something I bought for my husband and I wanted it to be nice. Great quality watch but they need to look at what they are sending in depth.

I got this pocket watch for my dad for Father's Day. It quit working about a month about a month and a half of his using it. I should have known that it wasn't a good watch because I had to send the first one that I ordered back because it didn't work to begin with. I am very disappointed with my purchase and would have returned it if he would have told me it quit working but he didn't want to hurt my feelings.

This was the perfect gift for my mom and mother-in-law! Both work great and there was plenty of space to add a photo inside. My only complaint was the gift box it came in... but hey- it was one hell of a good price so I still give it 5 stars
