Good multivitamin for gastric and sleeve consumers! Has a peppermint smell, good texture, Did not cause me upset stomach ! Easy to swallow

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about the new mint product they added to this vitamin, but it worked wonders for my pill intake!!! I’ve been on this same bariatric vitamin since Aug. 2023 when I first had my gastric sleeve. The smell, the taste, and the indigestion of it made me throw up the pill every time so I found it pointless to even to take. I tried to eat before and after in order to coat my stomach in food for my body to better accept and absorb it. Never worked and was hopeless because this was the only pill I could find that offered everything and it was in my budget. I continued to buy it because I must take it due to my surgery. Now, here it is 2026 and they put some kind of mint twist to it and I love the change!!! No more throwing up the vitamin my body most needs!

they have a minty taste unlike the chewable ones had a metallic taste , east to swallow and no stomach iasues So far I like them 👍

I've purchased these previously in a larger container. In this 30 day supply bottle, they have a small white bar that I'm sure is to help keep it dry but it smells of strong peppermint & makes the vitamins taste like mint. It's ok as long as you take with water but if you're not expecting it & take it with something that may not go with it, it definitely creates a strange taste!

absorption is great, easy to swallow, as far as the peppermint smell great but i barely taste it. Easy on the stomach my energy is high and i feel great. must have.

This is the only vitamin I will take. I am 5 yrs post-op, I have tried many different brands, none of them compare to the way BariatricPal makes me feel.

It's great to be able to get all the physcian required vitamins and nutrients in one regular sized pill. Even greater is that you only have to take it once a day. The vitamin has a minty taste going down. And it goes down easy because its not a gigantic pill. I find this to be one of the better options once you've progressed from chewables to tablets in your bariatric surgery journey. I would recommend.
