I have wasted much money on other such knee braces which do not match the size indicated. Even if you measure your leg and order the correct size - it is very hit and miss.This is a comfortable fit and supportive at the same time but the garter part across the top of the leg is tight.Very good support for a one hour gym class or a bit longer but the tightness gets uncomfortable after that. I did three gym classes and part way through the second class I was getting pins and needles in my legs and felt my circulation was getting cut off.so these are way too tight.Certainly not comfortable enough to sleep in. The elastic at the top digs in too much.

I bought two of these knee supports for my knee which has osteoarthritis and they are like magic. They are supportive and comfortable and do not ride down my thigh and they really help to support it and lessen the pain. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a knee problem. I did see my GP and she was happy for me to wear the support. I think they are reasonably priced and arrived on time and I am very pleased with them.

This knee support works really well...Running since my motorbike accident as always been a painful experience.. I have had a few knee supports which have never worked either they are to loose and slip down or they don't breath and cause sweating. But this Knee compression sleeve works I have worn it a couple of times on two 10k runs and I havery been pain free during and after the run.. I am very satisfied with this support and with the quick delivery service.

Too small for me and didn't seem to give much support other than tightening the knee a bit.

I got this for my girlfriend because she had a bad knee but unfortunately it never helped her

For my purposes (training for a half marathon with a medical issues in both knees) this product cannot be faulted. It provides a perfect combination of stretch (so you're hardly aware that you're wearing it) and support. The other thing to say is that the seller's aftersales support is unbelievably good. When I pointed out that changes to the design (it now has a rubber grip at the top end to prevent any slippage) were affecting my running (I had bought one a few weeks ago which did not have the rubber grip) they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. I really cannot recommend the product and the company highly enough!

These are good quality knee supports, flexible enough to have a full range of movement but as supportive as you'll get without getting a rigid knee brace which couldn't be used for exercise (I have both types). They stay in place well when training and look pretty decent. I was concerned about the smallest size being a medium and thought they may be on the large side but for females these would be fine for anyone size 8 - 14. I've ordered from Campari before and also have the supports for plantar fasciitis which are great too.

this sleeve was so tight i had to cut it of with a pair of scissors ,and they were the large size so think before you buy.
