What a Cliffhanger . . . and what a cliff !
Caution: I am not a fake reviewer, but I am a distinct fan of Ann Michelle. We even exchanged ideas about Writer's Secret when it was originally being serialized some 15 years ago. I doubt she remembers. I just measured her space on my favorite fiction shelf. 18 inches plus whatever Caught 1 & 2 will add to it. But Ann - PAY ATTENTION - It has been since September 23 that the 3rd part of Emasculated by His Mother-In-Law came out on K***** and it is well past time for that to be published in paperback. I have everything except the two books you reissued in combination format. Dominique Silk Vol 2 is in my cart as I write (because it sounded like it might be the same as another story but with the characters names changed, but I will find out hopefully that it is as fresh as everything else you write. So...What's going to happen to him? You've read the premise on the back cover. As you read you will undoubtedly get caught up in what is going to happen to him next. Then after that. Then you may well imagine yourself in his place. Or what you would do to your guy.But in Chapter 4 at Colby's house (yes I use "but" as a "conditional preposition" a lot - sorry - not) the bits about his beard <or is it a five o'clock shadow> is DUMB. In reality he probably hates it, but should be happy that when he shaves in the morning there is barely noticeable growth 16 hours later. If he was a secret cross dresser I doubt he would be worried about what changes Colby would make, but the greatest bit of unreality is "He was still undecided how far he should let this go." He is totally delusional if he truly believes he has anything to say about it. Suspension of disbelief comes crashing down and I am surprised that the author would do that. {although I have now finished part one and am copying from my red ink notes scribbled on the blank spaces in the front and rear of the book -- I must admit {[( BLUSH}]) that I suspended my disbelief totally and as soon as I finish this review I am back in bed with Part 2. Yes this could never happen in real life, but if it could . . . } {{{OK confession #2 - Ann's books hold second place on my fiction shelves although she may well be the best fiction author in this my favorite genre because #1 may really belong in non-fiction which is about a quarter of the size paperback wise}}}.At last with the noncommittal shrug at her question " Why haven't you told your wife?" (Caitlin) he answers "I wouldn't know what to say" reality creeps back in. Why can't he face the truth? Does he not believe it is the truth? The really sad part is that in reality most wives won't accept the cross dressing and submission. Where is the love that is patient, accepting and kind? What is even worse though when a girlfriend is presented with a fully dressed maid even before a marriage proposal is even made and she says it is fine - it is not a problem - but her answer is not ever going to be the truth _ _ _ the hurt and sadness can last a lifetime.Even far worse is that in that lifetime honesty has been replaced by hate and intolerance in the world around us. And the true haters don't accept that they are indeed the haters. So I hope that Ann resolves the relationship Dylan has with Caitlin because I do believe he truly loves his wife, but he is what he is and he is coming to realize that in a monumental, irrefutable way. One also realizes that Colby is who she is, but I suspect we have yet to totally find out just who that is. And then there is Caitlin. I am already going back and forth between whether or not Caitlin and Colby are in cahoots with each other. ( Gosh I do not remember ever using that word before, but it fits perfectly.) Ann, you are a devious, crafty author of the highest caliber. So I read on wondering if this is the author's intent or my thinking and assessing my own perception of reality. I give Ann much of the credit. The very next scene brings reality smack dab front and center with the line "good luck explaining that to your wife." Knowing the page preceding that line is worth the price of the book and you'll need it prospective book buyer. Smile/GRIN.Colby is a lawyer and an awesome Dominatrix, but Caitlin is her best friend. Would she do "this" to her best friend? Surely Caitlin is in on this, but what if she's not, or what if Colby knows her friend so well that Caitlin will accept "it" when she finds out?NOTE on page 129 where two "Colby" were used in place of "Caitlin" - just one of those errors an editor might miss. What a cliff hanger . . . and what a cliff !!!!!!!!

Be Careful What You Wish For!!!
This is a delightful story that lays the groundwork in Part One an brings it to a satisfying conclusion in Part Two. Dylan wishes his wife would be more sympathetic to his cross-dressing desires. He unwittingly finds a willing accomplice in Colby his wife's best friend.Colby continues to "turn the heat" on Dylan as she ratchet's it up until he confesses to Caitlin his wife of Colby's blackmail. Caitlin comes up with a punishment that indeed "fits the crime" and Dylan get's his wish, his commupenance and learns what it means to be a woman. If you are looking for well written, humorous, forced feminization stories that puts the hero(ine) in many emasculating and submissive scenarios, but, manages to do it without being unduly mean spirited, and ends with a satisyfing conclusion for all parties then no-one writes them better than Ann Michelle. "Caught by is Wife's Best Friend: Part's One & Two are another example of a writer being at the top of her game.

Another fun read
Ann-Michelle writes another fun read, finding reasons why the male can't say "no" to crossdressing and forced feminization. She does a great job in this book exploring the interest that the male has always had, and why he does say "yes." The book reads well, and I look forward to Part II.

All I can say is that Ann's work is fun to read. I've read all of her work and it keeps getting better.

Always keep the doors locked.
As always a great cover, loved the story line, guy gets caught by his wife's best friend, I could not put this book down till I finished it, I loved the way his wife made fun of him, I think that she really loved him, the thing I did not like is that Dylan wanted it to happen, I am looking forward to the next book as Ann always has a great finish up her sleeve, I hope that Dylan gets his little breasts.
