Don't buy it. There is not enough tension on the spool even if it is tightened to the max. If you are fast when taping your boxes, the spool will continue to spin after you cut the tape. Then you have to fish the tape out again and put it in place.Also the blade guard is useless. It is just a removable piece that only protects the blade during shipment.

If there is a problem with the tape dispenser, it is typically because of the tape and not the dispenser!This dispenser is a solid tool to help me and my wife ship out a lot of boxes fast and efficiently!Recommended!

Depending on which way the gun is facing when you pick it up, a full, weighty, roll of tape will drop RIGHT out of the dispenser... The dispenser will NOT keep a full/weighty roll of tape in place... However, the dispenser is definitely lightweight.

Every time I use this, the tape pulls out. As a result, having to connect it again, the tape gets stuck and I waste itbecause I have to cut it off to start a fresh piece. I would not recommend.

Decent bargain tape gun. Lightweight almost to a fault, it can feel insubstantial in your hand. But it does it’s job well, and is easier to load than my heavier duty Uline taper. A great backup tape gun for our move.

This tape dispenser does glide smoothly and is very lightweight, however, whenever you cut the tape, it goes and gets stuck back on the roll. The little metal clip that is supposed to hold the tape to the wheel is flimsy and doesn't work at all, so the tape is always spinning back up onto the roll and it's so annoying. I wish I would've spent the extra two dollars and a higher quality dispenser.

You have to use your thumb to put tension on the tape roll or it nearly spins free. The spring tensioner is very weak and barely works. Very disappointing.

Great buy! Works wonderful, it keeps the tape rolling and it does not get stuck. Highly recommended!
