This works. I have been taking this daily for 3 years. When I take a few months off symptoms of gerd return. Glutamine makes a difference and this combination of ingredients has worked wonders for me. Compared to other similar items, this also has the best price. It does taste delicious and does dissolve easily. I take it immediately as suggested. Never bothers my stomach. And it is simple to use.

Currently on my second jar. I love this stuff! I take a scoop mixed with water about an hour or so after dinner. It taste like apple jolly rancher candy & goes down smooth (can be a tad bit chalky) but atleast it taste good!

I've been drinking this for a couple of weeks now. The results are nothing short of amazing. I was not diagnosed with leaky gut; I had never heard of such a thing before googling weird symptoms, like the odd feeling that whatever I eat or drink is going somewhere in my system that it's not supposed to. Also bloating, weird gurgly-type feelings in the abdomen, abdominal pain, gas, burping, fatigue, and hellacious acid reflux. Tums didn't help, nor did Pepcid. Well. Before I finished my first glass of this stuff, the bloating started to decrease. No way did I expect anything to change immediately. But since that first glass, the weird abdominal sensations have gone away. Depending on what I eat I still get heartburn but it's at a level 3 instead of 10. The taste isn't bad IMO. A little too sweet. But if you've been suffering like I have, taste isn't a consideration, it doesn't matter that the scooper doesn't fit in the container or that the container arrives without being completely full to the brim; relief is paramount. And this stuff provides results that feel like a miracle. I drink a glass in the morning on an empty stomach. If I behave myself nutritionally that usually keeps me good all day. If I eat something greasy like pizza I'll have another glass in the afternoon. I can't even explain the relief this product brings. If you're suffering with gut problems, give this a shot. I don’t know what was going on with my guts but I slowly started to develop heartburn and general upset stomach and bloating that would not go away. If I didn’t have heartburn then my stomach hurt and vice versa. It got so bad I went to the hospital to rule out heart problems because my chest hurt so bad. Luckily that all checked out fine and I went back to my doctor who sent me to a specialist who wanted to put a tube down my throat but only after 8 weeks on Omeperazole. I didn’t want to take the acid blockers because of what I read about them so I started doing research to find a cure for this discomfort and pain. After much reading and watching videos I started a self treatment program that has been working great so far. First thing in the AM I take pepzin GI in pill form with water, then before each meal I take chewable licorice tablets. After I eat my meals I eat a thick slice of raw ginger, just chew it up and swallow the juices. Throughout the day I sip on organic coconut water. Then right before bed I take the Healthy Gut powder in water. After a week my symptoms have improved dramatically. I’ve felt a couple times what I thought was the start of heartburn but it has gone away on its own and my stomach pain and bloating has gone way down. My bowel is a lot more regular as well. This product has worked well for me and I have to think that if someone is complaining about the taste they must not have been in as much pain as I was because I would’ve drunk anything to make the pain go away. Having said that, my only complaint is that it is way too sweet but I can deal with that.

The taste of this supplement is great and it smells really good too, its easy to drink and has a very pleasant flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't read the description very well and this is formulated for a condition called "leaky gut" which I do not have, I have been dealing with inflammation and constipation and was just looking for something to help gut health in general. Even the back of the product says it constricts your intestines, which I didn't see until later either, so it's definitely my fault for not reading up on this before taking it. Symptoms started getting WORSE and by day 3 I was in debilitating pain and could hardly move. Whoops, this was definitely the cause of it and I felt immediately better the day after I stopped taking it. I could see this working well if you do have leaky gut and need your intestines constricted, it definitely works for that, but if your dealing with any actual inflammation of your intestines I'd stay far far away. This caused me nothing but delicious tasting misery.

We keep this in constant rotation in our household. I put it my tea daily. Dissolves easily and no bad smell or after taste. Great overall health benefits and a bang for your buck!

It's definitely a great supplement. But the sad part is that the can is only 50% full (yes, I am an optimist).

Too sweet, too acidic! Its a big no so disappointed
