My husband ordered this item. He’s had some health issues recently….and did not try it out until the return window had expired. Unfortunately, when he tried it, it did not work.We contacted Amazon…..they worked with the company and offered us a refund minus restocking fee. We think that was a great thing for them to do and we appreciate it.They are a really great company to take care of their customer in this way.
