CubanFoodMarket Flan Mold Stainless Steel. 1.5 Quart Capacity, 7 flans Recipes Included

This flan mold measures 7" in diameter and 2" deep, with a 1.5 quart capacity. This mold is actually smaller than the rest of the conventional flan molds I've had. Nevertheless, it makes a good flan. It does come with 7 flan recipes enclosed. I particularly enjoy the sealed lid, which allows you to transport the flan after it's cooked. Please remember that after a flan is cooked you should wait a few minutes for it to cool down before you bring it out. In addition, never forget the proper way to bring it out so you don't break the shape of the flan.After it cools down, open the lid and proceed to slowly slice a knife all around the flan in the mold (try not to cut the flan). Then, put a plate on top and using both hands carefully flip the flan mold until it is completely resting on top of the plate. This will allow for the bottom part be get detached and simply slide on the plate. Afterward, remove the flan mold by pulling it up slowly and done! Your flan will be a beautiful round dessert now facing up and resting on the plate. Please take a look at the picture enclosed to get a better idea. la compre hace un mes y a penas la uso por primera vez, pero quede sorprendida de lo lindo que quedo el flan, y delicioso tambien. No le entra el agua y enfria rapidamente asi que no necesitaras mucho de guanteras para no quemarte y podras pasar de pasos sin demoras con facilidad. Muy conveniente. Muy buena inversion, estare haciendo un flan dirario, en mi casa no dura, adoran el flan de leche.

I disliked a lot, I try to make a flan in three different times a total waste of time and money, water gets inside and last time exploded all over, and is really annoying an messy, do not buy this product

Wish I had discovered this pan years ago, it makes the "perfect, authentic" flan. Stainless steel is all we use for our baking and cooking needs. This is an excellent gift, especially with the little paper recipe flier. Anyone who has never made flan before can make a perfect one, if they just follow the included directions.

This item is not like the one on the picture. It's cheaper looking. I searched this one in particular as I had one of these (like the picture) and one like the one I got, which I wanted to replace. Well, it was a waste of money.

I made a flan for the first time ever in Thanksgiving using the recipes included in the booklet. It was amazing!

Not good quality and very small

This is not worth the money. Every flan I've made in this has turned out badly. The flan sticks to the lid, the caramel stays in the pan, the sides are not smooth, and the cooking time is outrageous. Save your money. Terminated with extreme prejudice.
