Amazing jacket, great customer service
In early October I bought a Via Spiga leather jacket that appeared as a Lightning Deal here on amazon. I paid $160 for a $400 MSRP jacket that is typically listed at $300. It too was lambskin, and apparently from a design house with a good reputation, but it was a complete disappointment. I sent it back.As a result of that purchase, this jacket showed up in my feed of items that might interest me.I was hesitant to consider it because at the time there were no reviews. I researched Faneema pretty thoroughly, and got the impression that they were putting a lot of effort into building their brand online. I figured if they were going to such lengths publicly, they probably were not a shady, fly-by-night company that would take my money and run.However, I was concerned about the fit. I wrote to them asking about their exchange policy, and they responded the same evening saying returns were not an issue. Okay then!When my jacket arrived, it fit, but snuggly. I was confused by this because I'd used Faneema's own size chart, and measured a jacket I regularly wear against it. Sure enough, when I measured the new jacket I found it matched the specs to a Large and not Extra Large, even though it was labeled as Extra Large. I wrote to Faneema and included pics of my measurements, and they apologised profusely. They gave me a link to print out a return label and assured me they would make a jacket to the exact specifications. Days later I had me new NEW jacket and it fit like a DREAM.This is a beautiful, feminine design and the leather quality is top-notch. The zippers and snaps have the aged brass look to them and they look fantastic. Compared to the jacket I started out with -- the one from Via Spiga -- this Faneema jacket blows it out of the water. There is absolutely no comparison in terms of quality. This jacket could easily be sold at a boutique -- whereas the Via Spiga one is the type of jacket that ends up at a Goodwill. I absolutely love everything about this jacket, and if they offer other colors through amazon -- I'll absolutely buy another one.

LOVE THIS JACKET
I have a vegan jacket that is similar to this one and I have been looking for a long time for a leather one. This jacket is sooo soft and smells so good. I ordered a medium for two reasons, the first is because I am 50 and I know I am bound to gain weight and the second is I have a concealed carry permit and I didn't want a jacket tight so my gun would print. When I received the jacket the measurements were a little on the big side of the ones listed on the website. When I called Janice Faneema she was very nice and said she will email me a free return label and find a true medium and send it right out to me. Not only did I get an awesome jacket, but had the best customer service experience in my life. I would highly recommend this jacket. I wish they made one in red.

Wonderful product, wonderful customer service!
Not only do I LOVE my jacket, I had a great experience with Faneema's customer service rep, Janice. I originally ordered a medium after reading a lot of reviews that said the sizing was small. I should have ordered a small to start with as that's where most of my measurements were. However, I'm tall and didn't want to loose any length in the sleeves, so instead of just exchanging the jacket I contacted Janice about a custom order.It cost me $50 extra but my jacket fits beautifully now. It's a stunning cut, very flattering and fashionablen and I've gotten lots of compliments on it. I will say that the flair cut probably wouldn't work for everyone - the medium was too large in the hips and torso and it made me look a lot heavier than I am. I'm 5'8" and 133lbs and my custom fit had most measurements in the small - x-small range and fits exactly how I wanted it.Both jackets measured almost exactly as stated on Faneema's fit chart, so I honestly feel like the reviewers who said the jacket fit small either didn't measure themselves, did it incorrectly or didn't want to admit that they were a larger size.... but in my experience Faneema hit their measurements right on. The fact that the medium was too big was my own fault and I am completely thrilled with my second, custom fit jacket.

Gorgeous Black Leather Jacket
This is the best black leather jacket! The fit is very feminine, and the styling is very edgy. The leather is so soft, and it is not shiny. It looks very expensive. The jacket is very comfortable. Can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic cust svc /Awesome jacket!!
My husband bought me this jacket for Christmas (after seeing the many times I viewed it:) and he got me a large since the reviews said to go up one size, I'm slim, normally take a Med, large would have been fine but I'm broad shouldered so I called up and they promised me they'd get me an XL quickly after receiving the Large back. Sent it back the following day after they emailed me a return label (at N/C) and I got the XL within a week! They were so sweet and accomidating not to mention the this Jacket is SHARP & super soft. Only downfall is that I have to wait till Christmas to wear it ..lol. Excellent experience All around!

I love love love this. I went with a medium- i am 5'4, 130 and quite busty, and wanted something that was flattering even when it is zipped. It fits perfectly. It is feminine, bold, soft, and cozy. I love it.And UPDATE: it looks great with a wedding dress and a flower crown!

perfection
It's absolutely PERFECT! The leather is so soft, and the style is very edgy, but still feminine. I ordered an extra large, because i'm quite "busty", but I'm also petite, so the sleeves are a little long, but i expected that, and it's maybe an inch at most. Other than that, it fits perfectly, and is very flattering. I've worn it twice since it was delivered (almost 2 weeks EARLY i might add), and I've received loads of compliments. Also, a very reasonable price for the quality. Simply put, I LOVE IT! I might even get the brown one.

Stunning!
Amazing! This jacket was beautiful in the photos online, but they still don't do it justice. It is beautiful and quality made with attention to detail. The leather itself is very supple and moves with your body. I measured myself according to the size chart and it was an exact fit. I can even wear a light layer or two underneath with the jacket still tailored and form fitting. Worth every penny!
