I've been using the these D3 vitamins for three years. They have helped balance by D3 levels in my bloodstream. I find the quality to be excellent.

My vitamin D levels rose to normal while taking these vitamins. All vitamin D capsules are made of gelatin and it is difficult to find ones not made of porcine gelatin. These are kosher so I know that no pork products were used.
