Excellent helmet and better customer service. They stand behind their products 100 percent. I received a helmet (not the color i ordered but no biggie and not the manufacturers fault as it was shipped from Amazon) the helmet had a defective snap on the Strap but before i could email Vega they had already messaged me verifying that i received my order and if it was to my satisfaction. I responded with my concern hoping they'd send a new snap or a different buckle but much to my surprise they replaced the helmet with the correct color size and an upgraded strap with a much better snap.Now for the helmet....it is beautiful. The inside pads are lined with the softest plush and the quality of padding is superior to any helmet I've seen. The helmet shines like no other. I'm not thrilled with the d ring buckles but i can change that to a quick release once i research to be sure it will not effect the integrity of the helmets safety. I'm so impressed with this helmet and this company i already told several of my friends. The heated Sheild will be awesome for snowmobiling i can't wait!Thank you Vega i will be a repeat customer for myself and my family... would also make a great Christmas giftBtw...The price is a steal id expect to pay at least 300 for a helmet of this quality.Hope you try this helmet it's truly phenomenal quality

This is a great helmet for the money. Very warm... almost too warm and as far as I can tell the visor heat worked well... I had to keep the visor open most of the time cause it was really warm. Great fit and great looking helmet. Shipping was lightening fast!

Not a large area to see, not enough peripheral view. Good as a spare but not my go to.

After several orders and returns I finally got them to send me the size I ordered. Apparently it was all a mistake at the Amazon warehouse. The helmet looked great and was comfortable. This was for my boyfriend and I had even kept one of the smaller mistakes for myself instead of returning it because the helmet seemed so nice. They don't have ear wells for speakers but I had a very thin pair of speakers I was able to make work and my boyfriend was using earbuds so no big deal. Well, we get up north on our snowmobile trip and my boyfriend puts his on and finds out that now he can't lift up the modular section. The release only works on one side. So he has to squeeze it off his head without being able to open it. So we take some screws out to see what's wrong with the latch and it's the cheapest design we've ever seen. The whole thing depends upon the tiniest piece of cheap plastic that has snapped off. Keep in mind that he'd only open and closed this thing a handful of times and hadn't had it out in the cold yet. After seeing the design I knew I didn't want to take the chance of wearing mine out on the trail. Needless to say we had to scramble calling local shops to get my boyfriend a new helmet so we could ride. Luckily I had brought my old helmet as a backup. These may be a good price but I recommend spending a little more for better quality.
