Bass itself is amazing. The split p/j pickups make this super versitile. Can go from reggae to funk in the turn of a couple knobs. Craftmanship is beutiful. Light solid body that contours well to me. If your on the edge get it but not from Amazon. The reason its 4 instead of 5. Came with a scratch on the head and a scratch or two on the body like someone played it with a pick. Also the set up was terrible. Amazon did help me though with these issues though. Kept the bass for a small refund.
