Description: This is a very high end and good quality gas tank sealer. We have used this in our shop for many years and have now added it to our list of items we offer our customers. Red Kote is resistant to alcohol and most other fuel additives, it stays flexible/won't crack or peal off, bright in color so you can see if you have good coverage, covers rust and prevents further rusting, seals leaks! If your tank has pin holes and leaks or a leak in a seam this will seal them right up! Works great! This is not recommended for use in plastic tanks. Treats up to a 14 gallon tank. Could cover 15, but two quarts is recommended for tanks over 14.

Great product, just be careful and read the directions.
This stuff is used by professionals and amateurs the world over to seal gas tanks and cans. I purchased to seals some old military-style Jerry Cans. It works, just be sure you CLEAN YOUR TANK. Use Acetone to rinse out after cleaning and apply SPARINGLY. A little goes a long way.The only problem I had was that it took over a week for the stuff to cure. I'm not sure why but the product was still liquid after 5 days.. I kept turning and turning and finally, it dried. Hopefully it is durable!

Easy to use and works well
Use this product for motorcycle fuel tanks. Easy to use and works well. Requires some patience during the coating process, but with patience will have a good sealed tank. This is my favorite product compared to others on the market.

Preparation is key
Ordered 2 quarts to coat tank of Massey to35 tractor. It was a long process prepping tank properly, but since I have had zero issues with rust in my sediment bowl or fuel lines. I did 2 coats, and used about 1 1/2 quarts. Follow directions EXACTLY and you should get good results as I did

Looks to work very well. But only time will tell. Have sealed a gerry can of WWII vintage and is still sealed as of 12/24/2016!!

Easier than I thought It would be. This product has more easier to work with than the white cream
2 cans worked perfect for my BMW e30 fuel cell. Nice n thick! The red color helps you see how well it covers!
