Silica water is “the fountain of youth” especially for your brain
If you want to live a long and healthy life this book is for you. Once you read this book you will start drinking silica water as the book presents a very convincing case for silica’s role in preventing many diseases. This book explains why silica is an essential trace element for our bodies. Mother’s when breastfeeding give up their silica to their baby. There is chapter on how plants and humans have developed ways to protect themselves from the toxic effects of Aluminum which is abundant in the environment. The chapter on the diseases which can be prevented from drinking silica rich mineral water is an eye opener. All the information presented in this book is backed by research.I am Dennis’ wife and am passionate about getting this information to as many people as I can. Silica is something I hadn’t heard of until my husband started researching ways to help his mother who has late onset Alzheimer’s. I want to tell you about my husband’s and my journey in researching this book. After completing his first book Dennis decided he would write a second book on the health benefits of drinking silica water. He had published an article on silica and enjoyed writing it. The book took on a life of its own! After a chance meeting of someone born in Okinawa (A Blue Zone) who was writing a book on this area, Dennis decided to do some research on the area. Both of us joked saying could the longevity in this region be due to the drinking water in this area? We were both surprised by the fact he could get the information he needed and also that the evidence is there that the level of silica in the drinking water is high in this area. Dennis decided to look at the next Blue Zone. Most nights at dinner time he would report to me what he had learned. Over the weeks he discovered high levels of silica in the drinking water in each of the Blue Zones. When he started researching Loma Linda I though no way could the water there be high in silica. Well I was proven wrong and I am glad I was! The evidence is too strong to ignore. My niece who is in her 20’s read both of Dennis’ books before they were published. After reading this book she started drinking silica rich water. In the book Dennis has a recipe for making your own silica water.

Waste of Time and Money
I bought this book because I am the parent of a child with level 3 autism and I was seeking a way to help to alleviate his more detrimental symptoms. My child has been religiously drinking only branded Fiji water (thank you Amazon for finally letting me find it for a more reasonable price) for well over a year at this point with absolutely no changes but a slightly emptier wallet. We even tried lowering the amount to follow along with the book and it’s Facebook “support group”’s recommendations. That too did nothing.I even joined the Facebook group his wife Laurie runs “Fiji Water Detox Epilepsy Etc Support Group” which is turns out is solely intended to sell this book and the affiliate linked products that they encourage you to buy to make their cheaper version of Fiji water (aka she will threaten you if you dare ask another parent a question about something that your children commonly share making it extra clear that the Facebook “support group” is just intended to sell books and affiliate products and not to actually help anyone...).There are references to Dr. Chris Exley in the acknowledgements (ya know early on before you actually read the book where it is made clear he isn’t a medical doctor) and while he certainly earned his doctorate it would be significantly more ethical to list this in the front of the book that he isn’t an actual medical doctor. Professor would probably be a better term—as he’s listed in the Guardian article I just found which listed some questionable facts such as lack of controls in testing and small sample size. I feel duped on this fact alone since he is touted as a “Dr” in the acknowledgements of this book.I also feel duped for buying this book thinking that the enormous number of testimonials they provide in this book, on his website, and in the group wouldn’t ALL be anonymous. But it is ALL “anonymous”.To direct quote the book “I have kept the names of sources of this very personal information anonymous.”Seems legit...NOT.I did appreciate that included in the book were quite a few brands of other mineral waters listed with their ppm of OSA. Starkey water from Whole Foods is listed as the next closest in ppm of OSA according to the book if one should have difficulty obtaining Fiji water...but Fiji water is listed as having a higher OSA content and as I mentioned our experience was that we were simply hemorrhaging money on Fiji water...I was hoping the book would have some explanation as to why it might not work for us since we found this book because it was touted as an autism cure on the author’s Facebook “support group” but it seems that we may have just been duped...The testimonials sound amazing too — from the sound of it these “anonymous” people are really living the dream. The “anonymous anecdotal feedback” that brought me to this book included things suggesting a nonverbal child could suddenly be forming full sentences within weeks. Again—this was not our experience. Most alarmingly since I found the book because of their Facebook group literally using the word “autism” in their title: the book clearly says “There has been no published study of silica water supplementation for elimination of some symptoms of autism.” What?! Thanks for stealing my money...
