This wouldn't turn on after the second day.
This seemed cool, we were excited to get it. Install was not too hard but, it could be if you don't have any experience with hiding wires in the trim and finding the right reverse light wire. I expected the video to automatically come on when placing the vehicle in reverse then turning off while driving. The video stays on all the time or you can turn it off and reach up to turn it back on. It sees more than looking out your mirror through the window. Something I noticed is your eyes have to focus on the mirror and not past the mirror to what is behind you. It would be like focusing on a speck of dust on the mirror rather than looking at the objects behind you through the mirror. This was difficult for my wife to adjust to. I'd like to say she would get used to it but this device failed to turn on after the second day. I attempted a reset, checked the fuse, and even tried a new plug. This device just decided it did not need to work. I will be returning it. It's too bad I wasted my time and drilled a hole in my bumper all so I can pull all the trim apart again to return it.

se calienta mucho
Buena cámara lo lamentable es con el calor la parte trasera de la pantalla se calienta demasiado y empieza a ensenderse y apagarse sola y descarga la batería y la única forma de quitarle eso es desconectar para que se apague y así ya no activa la cámara pusiera más estrellas pero eso no me ha pasado con otras marcas solo esta

Too heavy for rear view mirror
Bought this product three months ago. Cameras work fine. But when you attach this to the regular rear view mirror, theproduct is so heavy that the regular rear view mirror can not hold its position and tilt lower and lower. Even though it looks cool, It is not recommended.

No firmware update, and it is nearly impossible to communicate with company
I really like the dash cam, and the clarity of the camera, however the rearview camera does not show behind my vehicle close enough. If there were a toddler behind me, I wouldn't see it, and this is one of the reasons I bought a backup camera

Product seams ok but cord for rear camera is way to short. And mirror is way smaller than standard mirrors
