Source NaturalsGuarana Energizer 900 mg Caffiene and Energy - 200 Tablets

I really like the energy that this gave me. I typically cannot tell that supplements do anything for me generally speaking, although I do take for good health purposes. This one I am very pleasantly surprised. I am no longer dragging around in the afternoons on the days I take it. I try to remember to take it by 10:30 AM to carry my energy levels throughout the rest of the day...and it does!!!! I have told others about this product too! If I forget to take by 10:30 I just wait until the next day, as I don't want to take it too late as it is likely going to interfere with sleep that evening. It is WORTH it - in my personal opinion. I am getting more out of life now instead of zapped of my waning energy like before. I recommend this product if you are looking for added energy to your days. I really needed this.

This Guarana works really well for me...has been for 5 years now. No dependency, just clean energy and focus. I generally take about 60-90 minutes after I wake up in the morning (per Andrew Huberman's advice) and the energy comes quick. It keeps me focused through the afternoon. Sometimes for an extra kick I'll take a capsule and a half, but usually I'm just taking one (~200mg caffeine). I do not experience a crash and no jitters like pre-workouts and other stimulants. Can't recommend this enough!

I like these because you can cut them in half to only get 100mg of caffeine instead of the full 200mg.I recently found out that regular caffeine helps with my migraines. But I really don’t like coffee. So decided to try these. So far they seem to be helping the same as if I drink a cup of coffee. While can’t say that they help with alertness, neither did coffee. So maybe that’s just me. But I don’t take them for alertness, just to help with migraines.Right now I take 1/2 a pill every morning on an empty stomach. I usually don’t eat breakfast and am glad to find they do not upset my stomach at all.I will continue to take these and edit my review if anything changes. But for now I thank God that I found these. I had the hardest time drinking coffee every day.

Great product. Gives you a energy and has helped me get over that weight plateau....The last 5-10 pounds you get stuck on. That's when I used to throw in the towel, was thinking I would never get past that but I found this product and it SOOO helped...Needless to say I try and for the most part eat REALLY HEALTHY...Salad and veggies, fruits ....It's not a miracle drug , but it helps :)

I work overnight as a Registered Nurse and I will offer my own experience on how these pills have helped me in my job performance. To start of with I have to say that no two human beings are the same so before I bought these pills I read the good and bad reviews and wasn't sure on the product. I've had heart palpitations in the past from excess caffeine when I drank one of the blue pop top Rock Stars with 1.5 times the caffeine as regular Rock Star and I can say that no, it's not fun at all. I've also experienced when I drink to much caffeine at once and find myself either visiting the restroom many times during a shift, or the crash that comes after the initial burst of energy. Anyways, I can say that with ONE pill a shift prior to going to work, I am able to stay awake and not in a forceful manner without the many negative effects from caffeine that I've experienced in the past. Working night shifts, I've seen how many co-workers need to chain drink coffee all night. I can't say that I don't like coffee, but I don't drink it more than once a week and I prefer not too if I have the chance. This is why I am glad that the Guarana Energizer has worked for me. I am able to be more alert all shift long, not have to struggle with energy or struggle with staying awake, and when I get home I not too wired where I have a hard time going to sleep. On my days off it also works as an excellent energy booster for the mornings to get your energy level going for your day ahead. Also, I've tried other guarana pills when the Source Naturals were no longer in stock (same 900 mg strength), and I have to say that I had to take more than 2 pills per shift to keep me awake, plus they never lasted a full shift. Don't know why the "energizer" term makes a difference, but it does for me. I recommend it to all my co-workers, and when they feel low on energy I've seen that even 1/2 a tab is sufficient for a little pick me up especially for those sensitive to caffeine.

I don't know why Guarana from Naturals Source is so different to others. I bougth others pills from others companies but the effect is different Naturals Source is so great for me I cannot any more bypass this productVery great product really

In buying this supplement, I was trying to identify the ingredient in energy drinks that puts me in a hyper-focused state of mind. This is it! I read that another buyer uses guarana in conjunction with taurine (both of which are common ingredients in energy drinks), and when I tried this combination, it produced the effects I was looking for. My advice is to start out with a half, or even a fourth of a tablet, since in my experience these things proved pretty potent, contrary to what some reviews say about the new formulation. I took a full tablet at around noon, and had some trouble falling asleep that night, so next time I'll try using half a tablet. Also, I can't believe these things come out to about 10 cents a tablet after shipping! I used to pay way, way more for my ADHD medication, yet these seem more effective with less of a crash.
