It was nice to receive the bobby pins, hair holder, and cute elastics in addition to the scrunchies and scarves. The scrunchies are as expected, and the scarves are like, if not made of, satin. While I don't truly believe there is a "Cindy" behind the little message that came with my order, as it was a bit of a wonky translation, I appreciate the goal of friendliness and am satisfied with this purchase.

I like these scrunchies because they're cute and fashionable! They stay in your hair and don't fall out. The bow part can get sort of difficult and in the way when you put your hair up -- but that's a first world problem.

It’s ok. It’s not the silk that i was expecting it to be. I only like the design. It hurts my scalp when i have this on. Though it holds well. The texture feels more like polyester than silk.

I don’t like the way it fails but other than that it’s amazing.

The scarf scrunchies are pretty! They add a special touch to your ponytail. They were reasonably priced and shipped promptly. Colors were true and not faded on the prints. Really love them!

These things are so cute! I get compliments all the time when I wear them. They’re easy and comfortable and don’t get tangled in my curls the way other hair ties and scrunchies do.

Came with some odd velcro, bobby pins and an extra hair tie-the hair scarves came with two of the purple /black print, and none of the red white print though.
