These John Bull Style Glass Eye Wash Cups work great for me. I wanted 2 so I could do both eyes, one after the other, without having to set up twice. The base is large giving good stability. I think the pedestal design is easier to pick up. All surfaces are smooth and the lip of the cup feels polished. The inside of the cup is without imperfections and easy to clean. The contour of the cup seals nicely around my eye. Very happy with these.Tip: When using any eye cup, even as a kid, I find it difficult to open my eye after I tip my head back. What I do is hold the cup and tip my head forward on to the cup, like looking at the floor. Once the cup is seated I open my eye, still out of the liquid, and look though the bottom. I close the other eye and tip my head back letting the liquid in the cup cover my open eye. Then move my eye around and up and down. Then lean forward again and remove the cup with my eye still open and move my eye around some more as the liquid will still cling to the eye. This works for me so I hope someone finds this useful.

Best eye wash cup on the market. I can prevent wrinkles while doing the eyebright eyerinses because of the good size of these cups. Feel free to angle the good sized cup opening in a way that doesn't cause wrinkling and stretch your eyebrow area strategically with the other hand to cement that wrinkle free zone. Pay attention to wrinkles! You too gentlemen!

Some reviewers have experienced problems but my set came perfectly packed, perfectly smooth, and no problems with leaking around the edges. I have high apple cheeks, if that helps.

The eye cups were used to treat a staph infection, cataracts and macular degeneration using Dr. Christopher’s eye solution and distilled water. My vision has improved about 25% so am pleased and my infection is gone. One of the glasses came cracked because of poor packing. I sent photos into the company and they replaced it. I reduced one star because the eye cups do leak and water runs into my ears, but with lying down and putting pressure on I can get the leakage stopped.

This is the closest to the good, old-fashioned one that my father had for years. I was looking for one that was similar, not only for nostalgia but because of the perfect shape and weight. This eyecup satisfied completely; and I hope to have mine for as long as my father had his.
