This my 16th purchased on this product! It's a life saver for those who phyically 'suffers' from osteoarthritis (OA) and/or osteoporosis. I recently ran out of this supplement after I realized the product was no longer in stock. I've searched up and down the Amazon and other sites and even the main manufacturer of osteo-nutients II with K2-7. I couldn't believe that the company has all the supplements, however, the one I really need was not in stock neither. Several months, my inner joints began to caused pain. I found a different but a similar calcum supplement to help until the osteo-nutrients II could return. Because I have had several back surgeries, and chronic pain management treatments, prescribed medications usually are good to take for more than 10-12 years, totalled of 20 yrs., however, it's never enough. I still felt alot of discomforts and feeling an increase of severed pains that I thought my overall health was worsen. Until one day, I realized I was missing something and it is my osteo-nutrients bottle. Finally, I found one for sale a bit pricey but I know I needed it right away since it's been 2-3 months. This product makes a huge difference my joints feels stronger and better. I'm able to feel myself again.

As far as I can tell, the supplement is helping, increase the density of my bones.

I’ve been using vital nutrients for 18 months. They are easy to swallow if you wet your whistle first. No after taste and no indigestion. Has good nutrients like vitamin k2-7 and magnesium to help me better absorb the calcium.
