This is gorgeous but was a pain to install in our older home. The hardware wasn't compatible with our existing light fixture, so it required some blood, sweat, and tears to install. A couple of hours later, it looks great.

I bought three of these almost three years ago to unify a combo kitchen/family room in a manufactured home. I didn't find them particularly hard to install, though the manufacturers clearly could have made it easier for folks. But to me, they were worth it. The design is quite different from other lights, and the metal surround is relatively thin, allowing plenty of light to be cast. The bulbs in the pictures are 4000K bulbs so you get a sense of the color. I sold the house a couple months ago (which is when I took these pictures), but the lights were in excellent condition after 2½ years.

I absolutely love this light fixture. We replaced an old, boring single-bulb fixture in our guest room, and it has made a remarkable difference! This fixture is spacious enough inside to hold 3 200-watt-equivalent LED bulbs, so it’s nice and bright. And the shade is neutral enough in color that it doesn’t taint the light output with an unpleasant yellow tint the way some fixtures do. It is a bit of a pain to install because the support bracket has multiple points of adjustment, but it’s nothing too outrageous. My husband, who is good at electrical work but not a pro, put it in in about 20 minutes start to finish. We like it so much that we ordered a second one, which he just finished installing, and we are considering swapping out a few more lights in our house for these.Regarding the review they said you can see the bulbs: that user must have forgotten to put the bottom on the fixture once it was installed. There’s a piece of shaded glass that hides the bulbs.

The photo made the fixture look yellow, but I think it's the bulb--I like a blue, cooler light and using those bulbs, the fixture shade is neutral, not yellow at all. My brother the electrician did the install, but I can say it looked pretty direct to me. It's very nice-looking. I put it in an office/spare bedroom, and it brightened the room so much! And the price was WAY more reasonable than similar lights I found online. I'm pleased with it.

I was really happy with this light. It looks really nice in my dining room and the quality is very good.The only issue was installing it. The instructions are not very detailed and it was a little frustrating for my husband but he did figure it out.

Very much liked this ceiling fixture, bought anotherI find it so pretty, HOWEVER wasn't bright enough with the 3 bulbs, as it only allows 25 watt each, I used 40 watt bulbs to make it bright enough, but only because it's not a light left on for very long

Love the style and it is solid.Looks greatIt truly is flush mountNot easy to attach shade to ceiling mount. Lining up the 4 screws in the solid plate was very difficult. Think it should be redesigned with bigger holes for screws to go thru. Wouldn't change the lamp at all. Would probably look at something different for next hallway light.
