Very useful product for me, nice and compact. It was the only pocket WiFi I could find in Amazon compatible with a California Simple Mobile/T-Mobile SIM (B2) prepaid LTE card. Served me well during a 1-month visit in LA. Responsive customer support too. Thank you, KuWFi!

No any app to clear reading all information. I received device with scratchy screen, looking like very much used, I ordered new. Absolutely I don't prefer this device. I'm very disappointed.

It says 4G but it if you look at the screen it’s only 3 G.

Could not get it to work.

They need to tell you that it takes a Sims Card to get internet. All it states is that it has a Sims slot and should say Sims card NOT INCLUDED!

I cant begin to express how mad I am at this crappy piece of gadget! What a piece of cheap junk....why does Amazon allow inferior chinese goods to be sold on here to unsuspecting buyers? It is grossly unfair. I insist on returning it because it is useless. The instructional manual could pass no standard test and looks like something a high school drop out put together...even with my prescribed glasses on I cant read the thing clearly! Then it keep talking about putting in info manually ....what button do you do that with? None moves the screen...and it's not touch screen so what is this?I want my money back because I cant afford to lose this much. UPS is too expensive so I I sending it back by regular mail ...and why is Amazon not paying me back in full for this godforsaken piece of junk?My Return was delivered to Amazon Returns @ the Old Girl School Rd address since Friday the 22nd.....I am not seeing the return of my money to my account and no where here to inquire!
