We love these spoons. We prefer to plastic. Made from renewable wood, easy to clean, they look very nice. They should last us a long time; as our other wood spatula items have lasted for years. It is so much nice to use an item that is biodegradable. they are nice to use on non stick pans as metal always scrateches. these so far do not seem to scratch the non stick pans we use. We are very happy with these wood spoons.

These spoons are made of solid wood. The finish is smooth. They need to be washed with mild soap and dried immediately or the finish becomes dull. They are great for stirring while cooking.

These work well, varnish and surface are smooth and clean, nice long handles - which are hard to find. But they are made from thick grain of a fast-growing, soft wood. They are so light they actually are hard to use! have lasted through a lot of use so far though. They are pretty enough, real wood, so I gave them an overall 4 — as a gift they just feel too cheap and underwhelming.

They are gorgeous, great size, practical, and very impermeable. The wood is very shinny, and I'd personally prefer if there was no sheer coating on them, just because even-though they said there was no bpa or toxic varnish on them, and that it was all natural, it's hard to believe. The picture you are seeing is after putting them in the dishwasher a few times and the shine just remains on them! I guess I just have to take their word for! If they really are just 100% natural wood without added toxins then they are the most fabulous and best deal out there for beautiful and practical kitchen spoons! I usually don't put my wood spoons in the dishwasher but I wanted that coating off just in case. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but I just wanted them to be raw wood.

Right size and dimensions to be useful and practical. I attest that it is made of real wood, with nice visible wood grains; pretty enough to be rustically decorative. I use it not only during the cooking but for serving at that table. It arrived in great condition: no chips, blemishes, or splinters. It has a shiny varnish that makes it easy to clean—hopefully, the varnish is food-safe. I have been using if for the last few months and it is as sturdy and durable as any other wooden utensil that I have.
