My feet perspire. A lot. I wanted work shoes (business casual) that would let my feet breathe. The budget is tight, so I was only looking for shoes under $30. I didn't love the style on these, but the price was right and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. The one frequent criticism was that the soles were thin. That's the introduction. Now here's my experience:VENTILATION: The holes in these shoes really work. My feet stay cool and dry all day and I don't feel the need to always be taking off my shoes while I'm at my desk. If the shoes do get a little damp, the ventilation means they're dry by morning.COMFORT: As many reviewers noted, the soles on these shoes are thin and there's not much arch support. That means that you feel all the irregularities of the surface you're walking on. These are not the shoes I would put on for a long walk. But, the thin sole makes them feel light and super-comfortable on smooth surfaces (like the carpeted office floor).CONSTRUCTION: I've only been wearing these for a week, but the construction seems solid. Let's be realistic. They cost $25. They're not gong to last forever.STYLE: My wife doesn't like these shoes. She says they look like something a Florida retiree would wear. I wasn't sure at first, but now they're growing on me. They can be worn with either a brown or black belt and look good with Jeans or slacks. Be advised, however, that you really need to wear black socks since the sock color shows through the ventilation holes.Bottom line: Fantastic office shoes for summer. I hate wearing my un-ventilated shoes now and haven't worn anything else since these arrived.

I am surprised how good the shoe feels when wearing it considering the price. Very soft soles and quite light. Minor downsides are the shoe bands coming off sometimes and the shoe being overly long so that you've to adjust your walk accordingly (to avoid having the tip of the shoe dragging the ground).Update: It has been several weeks now but a chemical smell is still lingering around die shoes.

This is the second pair I have bought. The first pair was a full size too large, so I went half a size smaller and could have gone all the way down a size. That being said they are very comfortable, breath very well and they look great too. The only thing I wish they had a softer sole and slightly larger heel.

These are beautiful & very cool, but the fit was WAY too big! Seller accepted return & refunded right away, so I was able to reorder & receive the correct size within 7-10 days!

Obsessed! I bought these for my husband, and what a find! They're super inexpensive for leather shoes, stylish, and he claims, super comfortable. Can't go wrong with these.

One of my favorite pair of shoes! They run a half size big. Very stylish!

Nice shoe but picks up stains very easily even after being treated with a quality protector. Very comfortable but be prepared to be cleaning these shoes almost after every use if you are a round sand or grass.

my husband loves these shoes and gets compliments every time he wears them (they are wearing out already though. We bought them in late July and I'm posting this in early November and the sole is coming away from the shoe, but he totally got his money's worth)
