Was a bitch to cut down n then made the ball of my left foot swollen. Not terribly uncomfortable, but not terribly comfortable as well.

Don't waste your money or time... They are junk, they feel like there is rocks in your shoes and they do nothing at all in making anything comfortable or making your feet feel better...

Didnt even get to use them bc magnets fell out while inserting them into shoe.

A waste of my money
I didnt like this product i feel like i wasted my money. I used them one time and the little glued balled on the plastic came undone when i took my shoe off. Not good over all.

Great product
Great product can feel the insoles messaging as you walk and discomfort at first but once you get used to the feeling of the of the little rub actu puncture feels smooth
