Ultra-Smooth Waterproof Eye Defining Pencil -Shade COVENTRY

I found this product to be long lasting it glides on smoothly and even through a shower doesn’t budge to much (meaning I have to remove them with oil or makeup remover ) however I have very watery eyes which means I have so much trouble finding a smudge free eyeliner and noticed that it did smear a little at the corners ,not too much for me to consider it a problem , but better than the 24/7 waterproof urban decay one which just smears all over for me . I also rub my eyes constantly which doesn’t help either but I have allergies ! Needless to say I do like it but I’m still on the look for the perfect smudge free smear free eyeliner .... overall rating bold darkness : 10 smudge free : 9 matte finish:10
