Control Solution is specially formulated to assist the gel in movement. Simply dip the control brush into the solution and Control Gel smoothes into place. Our control gel solution is also lightly scented for an enhanced spa experience.

The Good stuff
I’ve been using IBD hard gel. So then I tried the IBD poly gel, which I used this IBD slip solution with. It worked great! I ran out and used some other random brand and it was a mistake. Because it was crappy and not very effective. I recommend this stuff!

So Easy to Use
When I first started using polygel a couple of years ago, I used 91% alcohol as a slip solution. Once in a while, I'd use base coat as slip solution, which worked better than alcohol depending on the brand of polygel. I decided to purchase IBD gel solution on a whim. I have been missing out. It works well with their IBD control gel, works superbly with Markartt polygel, and the the most surprising, it worked excellent with my Modelones and Beetles polygel. In the past, I found Modelones and Beetles too sticky to work with alcohol and I had to use base coat as a slip solution for it to stop it from sticking to my brush. From now on, I'll use this. It is more compatible with different brands of polygel and less messy and sticky to use than base coat. Try it, and you'll see the difference.

Waste of Money
Bottle was leaking in the bag. You definitely don’t need it to apply the polygel...a dab of alcohol actually works better
