Migraine Help! Great Quality!

Cures canker sores!
I happen to get canker sores when I don't take vit B2 (Riboflavin). A nurse explained that caffeine breaks down Vit B2. Since I enjoy coffee I tested that by taking B2. However she suggested 400 mg/day so I had to take 4. With thus product 1 tablet is 400 mg so it is all I need. I've not had any negative results and no longer get those painful canker sores. I've ordered this several times. It works great.
