The best gluten free flour ever!
This is the best gluten free flour that I have ever used. I tried different brand but this one comes out the best when I use it for baking cookies. Also I use it for cooking and it comes out as if I am using regular flour. I think because it is pure protein it gives me really good endurance. I will definitely order more!

This flour is really good! Has a mild nutty flavour as described. Has been great for baking adding the extra protein boost. I am also happy to be being something good for the environment. Was deliveredall in good order and time. Will buy again.
