I have not studied te whole book, so I really can't rate as off today.

I previewed this book via the library so I knew I wanted it. It covers exactly what I need for my region and yard. Seller sent a good product in a timely manner. I would say like new except for a slight bend and fray in the top back cover corner most likely from the envelope.

I got this book to find plants for my garden railroad.I live in USDA zone 10b. A quick scan of the books showed plants good to zones 8 or 9.
