El producto esta muy bien, la caja venia precintada ,pero el bote de serum medio abierto ,con lo cual no pude casi ponerme ,estaba todo en el cartón de la caja.la aplicación es como todos los alisados ,el olor es agradable ,pero después de usar la plancha me note el pelo muy reseco y aclara bastante el tono , al menos 2 tonos ,aunque yo tengo el pelo muy oscuro y me vino bien,me gusta el color ...El vendedor envió el producto muy rápido.

It didn’t work
I used the product twice and it didn’t straight my hair not even a bit. It did help to moisturize but that is not the main reason I bought it.
