I’m sorry people have gotten a moldy product. I had absolutely no problem. Would definitely buy again.

One of our favorite recipes involves baby bok choy, some gochuchang, a pound or so of ground pork or turkey, ginger and of course, tteok! These are fantastic at soaking up the good flavors and they’re a delight to chew. I keep a few packages of this in the freezer so we can make our favorite Korean ragu whenever we want.

I liked it but no cooking directions in English???

Perfect! I soaked them for 10 minutes in cold water, some you have to pull apart. They cook within 5 minutes!! They have a yummy chewy texture! So rice cake carbonara it was!! Creamy, chewy, buttery dish!! I also boiled some for 3 minutes, put them in cold water, then fried them and added honey!! Sooo Yum! I stored them in the fridge every time. Remember they are chewy!!

If you know what these are then you might be a little disappointed. But they’re not bad once you realize how quickly they cook. The ones I usually get need a soak or extra time to cook. These do not. Which is a plus, really. Only I rather take longer and have a better end product. These cook quick and can get mushy. I’ve never had mushy rice cakes like this. They are chewy but not as chewy as other brands I get from the asian store. Again, I have to reiterate, cook them at the end. Throw them in when your ramen or whatever is almost done. Otherwise they are way too soft. Not sure if I’ll buy again. I don’t think so.

I just got these and started my soup only to find they are spoiled!! Expiration date is 2021 !! Complete pot of broth ruined

Easy to add to a soup or stew, convenient for Celiac's like me as it is gluten free. Seems to taste best in a slightly acid sauce like tomatoes and peppers or chicken with lemon.

I was worried when I read all the reviews, but my package arrived perfectly intact. My Korean mother really loved it on mother's Day. Thank you
