Fourth Way Teachings: Practical Methods on Inner Transformation

After having acquired some knowledge of the Fourth Way, this book was one of the main books that helped start a strong daily practice in the Fourth Way. It is easy to read, its structure allowed me to search for specific answers to the questions that were arising within me. The language is concise and to the point, therefore clarifying some concepts that- by itself- may be difficult to comprehend its correct meaning. Rebecca Nottingham dedicated her life to the study and learning of the Fourth Way, and this book was a great manual for me to address specific questions. I really like it.

The book is very deep ,so i shall read it twice . I have not read the other two books yet . I am reading the Forth Way ,very slowly the second time to make sure that i get a full understanding . When i read the two other books i shall get back to you ,asap.

My limited experience with core Gurdjieff teaching is that it can be dogmatic and cultic; sort of "my way or the highway". This title and another by this author, Practical Christianity, helps bring balance to this extraordinary teaching. Anyone needing to "get a life" would do well to investigate Gurdjieff and His Fourth Way. One of the places to start could be with the Rebecca Nottingham.

This book sheds understanding on the fourth way teachings in a practical way. I Highly recommend it if you're serious about doing the Work and want a more substantial sample of day to day occurrences in life and how the Work can be applied.

Written by absolutely amazing author highly recommend to those who see more to life then just existence

I highly reccomend any of Rebecca's books. She "translates" the Gurdjieff's teachings wonderfully. Easy to read and understand.
