Qichuhua Where's Wally Childrens Fancy Dress Costume

I purchased a size 8-20 costume. The shirt runs small. The hat would barely fit a toddler. Very disappoint!

Wayyyyyyy to small. I went off of size chart. The hat would fit an infant not a 7 year old boy. The glasses are flimsy and don’t have lenses.I don’t have time to return it so I will keep the shirt and buy a different hat and glasses.This quality is a like a cheap dress up costume. Not worth the $23
