I have sensitive skin so the plasticy bands other companies make are irritating to my skin OR they mess with my leggings. These are comfortable on my skin- retain their tension over time without stretching out and they have a good amount of tension. This comes with two sizes also! You can adjust as needed. They're great. I love them. Check out their other products also (lifting hooks are especially great as are the grips).

The two bands look really spiffy....sort of have this trendy, sleek appearance. After all, Gladiators are tough and standout amongst others.However, the performance is nothing special. The teal band has the higher resistance and works as I'd expect. I found the gold band to be worthless in terms of size and resistance, granted maybe I don't use it for what it's designed?Slippage did occur for me on both bands and there was some rubbing when worn with shorts. Overall, I didn't feel these were worth the cost and have since returned them after using for 10 days.

By far my favorite bands I own! They don’t pinch my skin, or put that pinching pressure on me.And they really don’t slip!I love them! They’re very thick and sturdy so I know they’ll last a lifetime!!

The quality is great! Thick sturdy fabric. Great construction. Doesn't hurt as bad as the latex ones. I have no complaints. They work as they're supposed to and the rubber part on the inside is not a strip of rubber sewn in like I thought it'd be (which I didn't like the idea of). It's way better than that. It's actually got like a rubbery fiber weaved into the fabric. So no slip and comfortable! The only disappointment I have is I really was expecting this to have more resistance. These are too easy for me. I'd either need a smaller band entirely to give me that resistance, or have the same size but in an even thicker fabric (so it's harder). But these are the perfect size, they're not loose, they're tight. I just want more resistance (or "weight"/"pounds"). I can still get a good workout from them though so I will be keeping them.

I got these for my wife as she has asked for cloth resistance bands for quite awhile as she previously used Fit Simplify latex bands. The problem with the latex bands is that if you are actually working out hard and not in the gym for looks, the latex bands do not hold up. In less than 1 year, my wife has had the latex bands break 3 times. Now the company replaces them for free, but that's not the point. These cloth resistance bands give you a MUCH better workout and hold their shape. If you are serious about working out - trust me, these bands are the ones to get. But if you like the fancy colors and enjoy "going to the gym" instead of working out - save your money and get latex bands.

I am definitely not starting with a toned body, but am working my way into fitness. I do not have small thighs. I do not know that I will ever be able to use the aqua band, but for a lot of exercises, the gold band is a significant improvement. In general, it stays put, though some exercises do cause it to bend down a little in spots, which can make it really hurt, since the band is so strong. I wish that the logo were not so large, since it is hard rubber. I have to place it carefully and even then, when doing leg kick backs, the logo can dig into my thigh.The description states that it is good for 80 Day Obsession, which is the fitness program I am currently using. I can use it for a lot of the exercises, but I am not able to replace latex loops, particularly the exercises that require the loops around the top of the foot as well as any of the ones that require holding in the hands (pull downs and traveling push ups). These bands do work well in conjunction with the loops.

I saw a similar item on Instagram being offered by a company for nearly twice the price. This comes with two bands with different types of resistance, one smaller than the other.I tried them out for only a few minutes and instantly felt the burn. If you're wondering how to use them, use your resources and you'll find videos online showing you great at-home or on-the-go workouts that are sure to fit in your schedule. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

It's difficult to know what resistance level to choose with these items. Between the 2 sizes, it should work for most people. The larger lighter resistance band is a bit too large for shorter people who either have to stand wider or use the tighter/smaller band - they do and deal with.
