This oil is so good for you health wise. It tastes so yummy with sweet or savory meals because it has a nutty flavor. I love this brand. On my 4th bottle now.My nutritionist suggested it for the following Health benefits: Skin health, Hair health, Prevent cancer, Strengthen immunity, Oxidative stress. Camellia oil is a good cooking oil with almost 90% unsaturated fat, up to 83% of Oleic Acid, Vitamin A, B, C, D, and E, Linoleic Acid, Protein, and Tea Polyphenols. The absence of cholesterol, erucic acid, and trans fat makes camellia oil the preferred choice for cooking.

I believe this is a very health oil . However, the bottle oil that I bought is expired. The heavy oil smell is disgusting. And this seller does not accept returns. Do not buy from this seller.

I wasn’t sure about this one, but though it would be interesting to try. I read about it in that diet book. I still prefer to cook with evoo, but this stuff works great on my skin to remove makeup, and ti keep my hair tangle free.

Just received my first shipment of this highly recommended oil within a few days of ordering. Absolutely delighted to start using this oil both for culinary and pharmaceutical reasons. I love the texture and the taste which is kind of nutty. Anyway very excited to see results of use.

This works very well as a basic skin oil for massages and makeup removal. It is easily absorbed and smells great. I am confused about possibly using this as a cooking oil because of the "Added sugars" on the label. Being on the keto diet I can't handle that many carbs so, for now, we're just using it as a cosmetic oil which it excels at.Smells good, tastes good, and I love the high smoke point. I just wish I had better clarification of the nutritional information included inside.4 stars!

This is the first time I had tried tea oil, and I had thought that it might taste a bit like tea, but instead it is a truly excellent buttery old that is a lot like a very good California olive oil.The taste was so good that I saved the bottle for using in dishes like Capresse, and for drizzling over vegetables before roasting.It was excellent in every way that we tried it. It's also excellent just to use with herbs as a dip.

I ordered camellia oils from two different brands at the same time. I liked the other one so much better. It was smelling and tasting fresh and fruity. This oil is not bad, but it does not taste or smell as good. The bottle is marked (very faintly, near the neck) with production date - July 2019. It should stay fresh for 18 months if it was stored properly.After I opened it, the metal foil cap became damaged and now it would not close completely - I spin and spin it and it never stops, so it would not seal completely. Maybe it was not sealed properly and this caused the deterioration?

The bottle expired a year ago. They don’t accept returns.
