Clean Start Your One Shot Hot Tub Pipe Cleaner 240ml Flush Biofilm Remover Spas

We have owned out hot tub since 2007 and over the years noticed the water quality slowly declining more frequently. We have used various flush products with varying results, but none like this. This product has brought our hot tub back to life and the water and tub actually feel clean. Whilst using the product, I could not believe the amount of gunge that came out of the system. No other flush agent had this effect.

Don’t waste your time on cheaper products like I did, Clean Start got the job done, my hot tub had a really bad mould problem in the pump system that was throwing out bits of white bio film mould into the water, 2 flushes with a cheaper flush product didn’t work, Clean Start cleared not just the Bio Film but also the mould from the pipes, be prepared for the amount of mould it clears although like me you think your hot tub is clean, I will use nothing else but Clean Start again! Amazing product!

Incredible product for cleaning the pipes in the tub, couldn't believe how much grime came out after a year of owning it....there are only 2 of us using the tub but in a very hard water area. Poured the whole bottle in and turned the jets on and what a mess the war was! We then drained the tub and the water is crystal again....highly recommend for each time you empty your hot tub. This stuff helps keep the inner workings of our hot tub clean. We use it as recommended, just run it through the lines, let it sit for 30 minutes and drain. When we finish cleaning the hot tub after using this stuff, it's like brand new.

Our hot tub is almost 11 years old. We use Clean Start every time before we change the water and silver cartridge (every 4 months) . It's obvious that Clean Start really helps to loosen up the materials that have collected in all the pipes, etc. We add the Clean Start and run the jets, and a pink sticky froth collects and floats on the surface. We skim most of it off and then wipe the remaining sticky residue that collects like a bath tub ring off the sides of the tub. We then drain the tub and finish cleaning it before adding fresh water, etc.

Do this!!!! Its pretty disgusting the junk that will come out of your spa that you think is clean. We were having problems with the white algae stuff that almost looks like flakes of skin floating around. I know sounds really gross. but even after emptying and refilling the problem would come back due to the stuff sitting in the lines. This product solves everything. Just be prepared to be grossed out by the junk that comes out. I used the full bottle since my hot tub is 500 gallons, and I figured using extra wouldn't hurt, but would take out any chance of the algae coming back. So far the spa has been completely clean on the same water for months now, with hardly any maintenance!

I just did my first water change about 6 months in. I use Leisure Time Bright & Clear periodically, so I’m used to seeing the gunk that floats up. I didn’t see much here - just an orange ring that easily wiped off with a sponge. Could be the B&C usage keeps that low - hard to say because so many variables in HT maintenance. The water looked pristine after I filled the tub, though! Will update after a few soaks.
