I bought these shorts for my gym workout, cycling and for my fitness training sessions in general. Wow, they don’t disappoint. I am impressed as they have held up well and do stay in place. They fit perfectly well, I am a waist size 36 and bought the large size. As I write the review for these shorts am currently wearing them as I finish work in the morning will be going straight to the gym for training. More about the shorts: They have a side pocket on the thigh left hand for your mobile phone in case you are going for a morning run, jog, gym, fitness training etc. for me am 5ft 9in and they’re approx.. 3 inches, above the knee. It keeps everything compact as for junior downstairs stays in place without flopping around when am training. I find them light, breathable, no chaffing.They have aprrox 1-inch waist band. Yes, I do highly recommend.In short, a decent length, comfortable, no chaffing, multi-function sports shorts used for any fitness training desired. Thank you, Amazon, for advertising something decent.I forgot to add that they launder / wash well. Am very happy.

The sewn-on label in each of these is very itchy, but simple to remove. Once these are gone, the pants are very comfortable. Compression is not particularly strong, but these keep thighs warm.

Whilst these aren't the best for compression, hubby says they are comfortable and fit well without restricting blood flow and prevent chaffing.

Material is good supports brilliant.

They are very soft and comfortable to wear but offer no compression or support as expected .

I really like the shorts, they are exactly what I've been looking for...and a great price.The one negative for me is that the side that holds my phone slips down a little. My phone might be heavier than others but it was noticeable. A smaller/lighter phone or iPod would be perfect.Overall very good though
