Thank you very much. The order arrived four days early and even in this heat I need my showers hot. The item fit perfectly in my model 4043 and only took a hour to install (including breaks) with four basic tools, crescent wrench, pliers, phillips screwdriver, and a 1/4 inch socket driver.

Gas water heater repair
This item saved me from buying a new water heater. It was easy to install. I only had to remove the orifice from my old part. I looked everywhere for this part.

What is pictured is not what you get.
Threads on the flex tube nut are wrong way for the water heater I have although this is the recommended unit.

Missing parts
Correct part other than a few parts missing. The item did not come with the Ferrule Nut on the pilot tube, thermocouple adapter and wires. The item was advertised with these parts on it.
