I was a bit doubtful, but when you've not had a good nights' sleep for months, I guess you're desperate and will try anything.I'd already tried the usual pilows: latex & memory foam (honeycomb and crumbled), down and feather, box walled microfibre, soft, firm you name it. I have a wardrobe full to the top of the discarded ones.I have to say, delivery was particulary speedy on this item so well done Seasonal Walks and Amazon Delivery Person.This pillow is COMFORTABLE. Without the water, its a very plump soft plillow that feels like its full of teddy-bear stuffing rather than the usual microfibre. If you like a feather pillow but are allergic to the down, this is for you as there's no actual need to add any water at all.You can add as much or as little water to it as you like. The first night I added three litres. It never occured to me that it would be heavy! Anyway, off to bed we went.....and the next thing it was morning. I'd slept right through for the first time in (probably) years.I have Osteo in my neck - very painful - and stillness makes it worse so sleep is a constant struggle. That first morning was like winding back the clock several years - I had less less pain and stiffness and found it easier to "get going" than I had for a very long time.So after a week or so it became clear that three litres was just too low so I added two more. I like to live on the edge you know!There's plenty of room in the water bag for all this water and the pillow protector is nice and roomy but my pillow cases are feeling a little tight now. For me this is a much more comfortable sleeping "height" (is that a term?) for a back sleeper with a bad neck. I can even turn on my side again (oh the joy!) and snuggle and punch this pillow to burrow my face in it.So I guess all those tiny microscopic movemements my head makes as it floats over the water are just enough to stop my neck totally seizing up during the night. Its worth every penny and when I travel I'm pouring it out and taking it with me.One thing - make sure your shoulders stay on the bed and the pillow tucks in tight into your neck to get the greatest benefit. If your shoulders keep riding up onto the pilow, try adding more water/take some out.

I bought this product, and aside from needing a lot more water than it said, I loved it. It worked well and I slept amazingly with little to no pain, which is weird for me. However, within a month of use, it began to leak - the issue was inside of the pillow as the water leaked from the bottom seam and wasn't anything I could do to fix it. I contacted the company directly, but unfortunately they couldn't do anything for me and I would have to go through Amazon. Not sure if there is somewhere else I need to be making this comment, but this is the only place I could find.

I have been struggling to sleep for months now, I wake up in a sweaty mess and the neck pain has became unbearable. I keep tossing and turning and nothing has helped so far! I tried so many pillows, you name it I tried it!I was truly about to give up and accept that I could not sleep anymore...then I stumbled upon this...I thought to myself: water pillow? that will probably be noisy!But as it had been the only thing I hadn't tried, I was prepared to summon Godzilla, the seven dwarfs, Naruto and Dante Alighieri at this point, so I thought...why not? Can't possibly be worse than everything else I tried...I was sceptical when it arrived: it was in an air vacuumed bag and seemed very thin...but as soon as I opened the bag it fluffed up in seconds! I then followed the instructions and went straight to bed to try it...I did not wake up once! It's now been several days, and I can't believe I hadn't thought of getting this before! It is comfortable, not noisy at all (you just need to follow the instructions properly) and it has been a godsend for my neck pain. Now my spouse wants one too! I am so happy, I could not recommend this enough! I just wish I hadn't spent so much money on all the other pillows I now own!

This pillow arrived in a very large box I filled the pillow as instructed wanted it soft then put on the extra cover but when I zipped it up the fastener of the zip came straight of ,I wouldn't have worried to much about that problem as I was putting my own pillow case on top but this morning the sheet underneath the pillow was wet which meant the broken zip became a problem as the only way to get the cover off to inspect the pillow was to cut the zip open .Unfortunately the pillow had a leak so it has to be returned which is very disappointing as my last water pillow lasted for 2 years .I am having to pay the return postage and sincerely hope I get it refunded .

Arrived on time . Over packaged!! ( huge box , not necessary) easy to fill,have used it for a few nights and found it very comfortable, will add more water now to make it a little firmer . It’s very heavy , but that’s a small price to pay for a good nights sleep , less neck and head pain.

I'm so disappointed with this product. After reading the reviews I expected it to be comfortable and cooling. I found it to be neither. If you need a higher pillow, you'll need to fill it with more water, but that makes it feel harder under your head (mind you, I have ME/CFS so I'm very sensitive to pressure points. It might be OK for healthy people). The knack for comfort, they say, is to tuck it into your neck so that your neck is supported, however, this made my shoulders feel very cold (due to the cold water in it), but when the feather stuffing on top warms up, it gets quite warm under your head at the same time. It starts off feeling soft but as the night wears on, it feels firmer and uncomfortable - at least that was my experience. I decided to stick with it as I could endure the hardness but after two months it started leaking at the seam. Sent it back and won't try water pillows again. This is the third one I've tried and haven't found any of them comfortable. I suppose it's like food ... comfort is subjective. The search for the holy grail of pillows continues ...

von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles super geklappt. habe schon ein paar Nächte darauf verbracht und bin sehr angenehm überrascht- seht gute Schlafqulität

Nach zig Ausprobieren von Kissen traute ich mich mal an ein Wasserkissen trotz der teils negativen Bewertungen.Das Kissen hab ich nun lang in Benutzung. Ihr müsst für euch den Härtegrad (Wasserfüllmenge) individuell rausfinden und gut zudrehen! Dann läuft nix aus. Der Trichter hat auch die Funktion zum Verschließen. Mir lief nie was aus. Kann es wirklich nur weiter empfehlen. Der Reißverschluss vom mitgelieferten Kissenbezug ging jedoch leider schnell kaputt.Ein Update: hatte auch eine Wasserüberraschung. Ich war immer sehr sorgsam mit dem Kissen. Das Waaser kommt am Rande der Naht heraus. Ein Verarbeitungsfehler nehme ich an. Sehr schade! Siehe Bilder. Hoffe auf Rückmeldung.
