Ironwear 3030 Bradford Series Safety Glasses

They got delivered before I headed out to work so I wore them all day. I work on surgical devices, driving between facilities, so 20/20 up top the clear is great, the bifocal part is perfect for my work. Would not be good at home on the computer. None of these type of safety glasses with bifocal on the bottom are. But these are my favorite after trying three different brands on amazon. The other two weren't bad. But by far looks, the way they feel, not in my peripheral vision at all. The bifocal part is perfect in size what I'm doing. Looking at serial numbers for my phone. Perfect. I'll end up buying another clear pair and a pair of the sunglasses of this exact brand

They seem to work for a good while i use them constantly and so mine broke adter a few weeks of use, but then again i am a little rough with any reading glasses.

nice glasses. Note that the bifocal part of these is small and low in the lens. Bad or good depending what you are looking for. If the bifocal part is secondary use, then these are great. The bifocal doesn't get in the way for normal use. If your work is primarily close up and you use the bifocal a lot, you might want to consider getting something else.

The glasses work great at work.

I was Looking for a pair of safety glasses for woodworking, I ran across these. I had hoped to have found a solution for the need to switch to readers for measurements then back to safety glasses while working. I use bifocals when needed so I had high hopes. However, the reading area on the lens is really low and and this will distort your eyesight when working. I was not able to get adjusted to using them and now prefer to use two separate glasses. You may be able to use these if you wear bifocals regularly throughout the day. Good idea just need getting use to them and maybe larger lenses to reduce distortion.

Good product for the price

Comfortable to wear. Scratch resistance seems to be holding up well. Have dropped them several times with no problems. The only reason I deducted a star is because the lower magnified area is a little small. You have to really be looking down to engage the magnification. Would be nice if it was closer to a bifocal type lens with half (or nearly half) split between normal and magnified lenses

My husband is using it for work. He likes that it looks like sunglasses without the tint. The bifocal is comparable to prescription glasses because you don't feel the line. Great buy!

They were going well until I tried to put them on under a pair of ear protectors which required a little more force than normal. The frame snapped in the weakest spot. So now they're as good as useless. Expected much more from a pair of safety glasses. Money down the drain.

The glasses are well made and comfortable to wear on an 8 hour shift. Very clear lenses without any distortion.
